Sunday Depression

Sunday depression

Sundays are tough on me, and I know that goes for many others too. It´s something strange feeling tired, excited, nervous, inspired and depressed, on one single day. Every sunday a go for a emotional rollercoaster ride that starts with tiredness, then goes to excitement and then ultimatly ends with feeling depressed. I call it sunday depression. If you recognize this emotional state, then you know what I mean.

Thoughts on how to feel better

Mostly, after feeling depressed, you feel frustration just beacause you´ve been depressed. This leads to a bad circle that you don´t easily get out of. The key lies in the frustration, if you find a way to not feel frustrated you will break the cirle. We all feel down at times and it´s important that you allow yourself to feel down in order to not feel frustrated, do you see my point?

You will feel depressed and down at times, it´s inevitable, so try to allow yourself to feel down! It´s only a sunday, one of many.
