Life is in motion

Life is in motion

Life is perhaps one of the most abstract and confusing things in this world. I will not dive into its full philosophy, tough one thing should be clear. Life isn´t stable, it changes. If you realize this, you will be able to appreciate life in its true meaning.

Get out of your head

Too many souls close to me tries to controle or/and fight life. The problem is that you can´t controle it, you can´t fight it, you live it! They weary themselves down, not acknowleging life as it is. No good comes from this, you will only become stressed, unsatisfyied, restless, weary and tired.

How did you get there?

You have built your own life clouded by your thoughts, within your mind, When the two collide, this happens.

If you want to get out of it, get out of your own head! Tear down the walls you have built, tear down your so called truths.

This is a shout out to everyone, life changes, change with it!

Perspective

Perspective

In the modern day sociaty it seems like people, especially youngsters, have a lack of perspective. On very variated areas in life the "long" or/and the "wide" perspecitive among people seem almost absent. Nowdays everyone have some kind of urge to show the world that they matter the most. Obviously everyone do matter, but not the most and certainly not all the time. The world doesn´t stop and wait for you if you´re late for a train, it´s not supposed to. Why? Beacause there are others who matter precisely as musch as you! I think it all comes down to a lack of perspective.

Don´t misinterpret me, I´m not saying you shouldn´t show the world who you are or what you stand for, but at least try to do it in a humble way. Having perspective greatly helps you to do that, so therefore GET SOME PERSPECTIVE!

How to get perspective

As allways, my first advice is to think before you act or talk. Try to think, is this important to the person I´m speaking with? Will it make a differnce or is it just unnecessary?
Make sure you use a nice tone when speaking beacause the ton of your voice can change the whole meaning of a sentence.
Try not to center the whole thing around yourself. There are surely several different points of views on the same matter, recognize them and see the wole piture.
Think about the consequences of your doing, both in the short and the long run!

This is a few pieces of advice that should help you get some more perspective on life in generall, but I want to  make sure that you know one thing, if you wnat to change it wont really help if you just read this article. It´s up to you if you wantt to make a real difference!

At last...

Get out of the 13th century, the worl doen´t spin around you!

Autumn

Beautiful nature

I must say, perhaps you got the point already, I love the autumn! It´s really beautiful with all the schifting in colours, leaf slowly falling down. It makes my day so much easier if I go for a walk, 5 minutes is enough, breath the fresh air and see the wonder that nature is!

This gives you a great deal of perspective on life but it also helps getting your mind in a good "thinking-mood" for work or school.

Sunday Depression

Sunday depression

Sundays are tough on me, and I know that goes for many others too. It´s something strange feeling tired, excited, nervous, inspired and depressed, on one single day. Every sunday a go for a emotional rollercoaster ride that starts with tiredness, then goes to excitement and then ultimatly ends with feeling depressed. I call it sunday depression. If you recognize this emotional state, then you know what I mean.

Thoughts on how to feel better

Mostly, after feeling depressed, you feel frustration just beacause you´ve been depressed. This leads to a bad circle that you don´t easily get out of. The key lies in the frustration, if you find a way to not feel frustrated you will break the cirle. We all feel down at times and it´s important that you allow yourself to feel down in order to not feel frustrated, do you see my point?

You will feel depressed and down at times, it´s inevitable, so try to allow yourself to feel down! It´s only a sunday, one of many.

Feeling lost?

Lost in the world

We all go thru those phases where all is dark and it seems like you haven´t got a clue where you are or who you are, perhaps esspecially when you´re a younger. You wonder about all things that once seemed certain, you feel like you´re missplaced in the world, as if you were supposed to be somewhere else. You feel lost in the world.

How to regain strenght and push through the darkness

The reason behind the feeling is disbelief. You have started to doubt yourself, your cabability and your actions. The good news is that this happens, it´s nothing wrong with feeling this way. The bad news is that there are no simple solutions to make youself stop doubting yourself. But there are small things you can do.
  1. Enjoy yourself, have fun!
  2. Try to appreciate your surroundings!
  3. Take a minute and think about all the good things you have in this life, friends and family!
  4. We all have dreams that we want to make reality, focus on them!
  5. Do something unusual, this will awake your mind and get you out of your everday slumber!

This is just a few tips on how to believe in yourself again and stop that aching heart. I assure you, my tips help. I´ve been lost in the world many times, I know the feeling. I´m hoping my tips will help somenone out there who feels this way, as they have helped me.

Ways to keep motivated

Motivation

My part of the globe is entering the lovely season of automn, the weather gets colder, the days get shorter and the rain never seem to stop pooring from the skies above. Motivation, is like the cliché, almost lika a rollercoaster. Your "motivation-level" has highs and lows, but somehow it seems almost impossible to get out of the low that is autumn. The problem is, you need to be motivated for work or school or just about anything. So here follows some advice on ways to keep yourself motivated!

Ways to keep yourself motivated

  • When you get home from whatever your doing during the daytime, take the time to sit down and enjoy yourself for a moment. This doesn´t mean that your sould do something enormous, you only need to do something smal. For example: Sit down and enjoy a cup of tea while you read the newspaper or watch the newsbroadcast.

  • Try to spend time with your friends and family. Again, it doesn´t need to be a big thing, just try to enjoy yourselves! It keeps your spirit up and keeps you motivated.

  • Discouver the nature! The nature is wonderful during the autumn, don´t just sit inside beacause your afraid of a little rain. It will open your eyes!

  • Set up reachable goals, try to see past the everyday life and look at the big picture!

  • Carpe diem! Capture the day, as simple as that.
